If you’ve seen my website and my posts, you probably know I’m a huge advocate of investing in Nicaragua. I’ve bought there myself, and even since then I have connected with another amazing development that investors are eating up. I go to the country at least four times a year, I love it every time, and every time I go I think again about moving there. It may still happen! But in the meantime, I thought I’d share some awesome news attention Nicaragua just received. The first is from New Year’s Day, only two days ago, when NBC’s Today Show points out Nicaragua as the new hot place. Check out-

Another is International Living magazine just published in their latest monthly magazine an article about Nicaragua now being ranked #12 of the best places to live and invest around the world. #12 is pretty high when you think about how many other countries they could have chosen.

See? I don’t make this stuff up!
UPDATE: Be sure to check out my recent article that contains details on the Nicaraguan development I am working with. A lot of people are asking, so check that out and if you want to hear more and find out the name, leave a comment or message me and I will send that over to you!
Can you send me more information about investing in Nicaragua.
Thanks
Would love know more about the development and timeline.
Hey! You bet. Actually I’m going to post a blog with that information since so many people are asking. Will work on that now and it should be up soon.
I’m interested in your investing experience too. Please Email me as well. Thank you! I might also be able to provide some financing for smaller deals.
Hi Atul, thanks for reaching out! I’ll shoot you an email now.
Love your blog! Thank you. Would you email me info on investing in Nicaragua too? Thanks.
Hey Lesley! You bet. I’ll shoot you an email. You’ve got me thinking I might should do a blog with the details. Lots of people are asking! Thanks for the blog idea 🙂 I’ll email you in a few.
Ali – thanks for the info on Nicaragua. It’s opened my mind to a place I’ve never considered seeing! I’d also be interested in any investing opportunities there. Also, where are some of your favorite places to go while there? Thanks, Blaise
Hi Blaise! You bet. Unfortunately I haven’t been as many places as I’ve wanted to around Nicaragua yet, but I can definitely tell you a couple. I most recently hung out in Leon in a hostel and I really love the vibe of that city. It’s not right on the water, but only about 15 or so miles inland? We cabbed it to another hostel on a little surfing island and it was pretty easy to get to from Leon. San Juan del Sur is my other favorite since it’s the main beach city. Great atmosphere down there, more touristy than other cities but even then it’s more locals than not. San Juan and Leon both are a little bit of a younger crowd. Then there is Granada where most of the expats live and there is a big night life as well. Really cool city. I love going to Lake Nicaragua near there and taking the boat ride to see Monkey Island (literally, an isleta full of monkeys). Managua is your normal city center type place. The main places I haven’t been that I want to go to are the mountain areas. I hear they are amazing, but I’m not certain exact cities for that.
Hope that helps!
Ali
Was hoping to learn more about investing in nicaragua if you have any opportunities there. Thanks Fran
Hi Fran! You bet, I’d love to help you out. I am working with a beachfront and golf resort there now that I am totally in love with for investment purposes. It, in my opinion, has the best potential growth of any development down there right now. It is the first development there to have a global hotel partner involved and compared to a lot of other developments down there, it’s one of few that are up and running already. The nice thing though is the prices still reflect pre-construction prices because there is a lot of building still happening. I’d love to tell you more about it! I’ll shoot you an email. -Ali
Greetings Ali,
Please send me the information as well.
Best regards,
Gerson
Will do, Gerson!
