I was referred to Ali about a year ago and has been a part of her Turnkey Rentals for Sale group on Facebook. Ali has great connections across the real estate investor community and transparency on sharing her perspective and pro forma was extremely valuable. She connected me with a few different providers to investigate at my own pace prior to my finally buying a turnkey in late August. I had a great experience in working with the turnkey provider and am looking forward to building my long-term portfolio with the provider.
