Due diligence is so important but also can be overwhelming. I bought my first property and knew I was missing things along the way. I pretty much knew what I needed to get done but I wasn’t sure what order or even how to accomplish it, I really wish I had read this book prior to even thinking about my first purchase. The way the steps are written out, also the list of due diligence items, are so helpful. As I was reading this, I came up with questions I didn’t think of before, and this book did a great job of answering them along the way. The standard questions for vetting a property manager were great too. Starting out as a new investor, I didn’t even know what questions to ask, this book will definitely help guide me in my next purchase!
