philly-triplexYes. We are still eating and loving those famous Philly cheese steaks. The black and white cookies are pretty good – and the liberty bell – well it’s the Liberty Bell, after all. Beyond the basic tourist trappings, and they’re touristy for good reason, Philadelphia has a lot to offer the savvy investor.

What, exactly, is so wonderful about this city of brotherly love? For one, it’s the spirit of growth – big-time growth. The market here is on an upswing – but there’s still room to get in while the going’s hot. There are tons of job opportunities. Colleges. Employers. Ready renters. Simply put, Philly is opportunity for an investor who wants a hot deal at a hot price. We found a triplex – a rarity in the investing world – but it’s going to go fast. If you want in, email Ali ASAP. The contact info is at the bottom! Let’s take a closer look at this rare find for your portfolio…

Ali, I live just outside DC and would like to take a trip to Philadelhpia and check out those properties. I am a little concerned about the way they look on the outside. Hopefully the pictures were pre remodel or the insides are nice enough that the outside can be overlooked. Do you have any properties in Phil.? Where are your rentals?
Thanks again for your website. I know you can help me pull the trigger and start building my rental empire .

    • Ali

Hi Ed! Yes, those pictures are absolutely pre-rehab. I’ve yet to have known one of their properties to not get put under contract before the construction even starts. They are flying off the shelves. So by the time the construction is done, the property is long-sold, so the pictures don’t usually get updated. I do not have properties in Philly right this second but only because I’m not buying any properties right now, not because of anything about the properties. Mine are in Atlanta. Feel free to reach out via the Contact Page if you want more information on the properties and want to see more info on them!

Great Ed, are you subscribed to the website? You’ll get updated properties there but certainly feel free to reach out on our Contact Page with more details about your interest in buying and we can connect you with the sellers of those properties.

Ali, can I get some more information on this fourplex? Thanks!

    • Ali

Hi Ravi, unfortunately this fourplex sold within minutes of posting. But we’d be happy to connect you to that seller so you can be in line for any others. They get triplexes more than fours, if that is of any interest as well. Just reach out on our Contact Page.
