I’m not going to lie, as many times as this property has popped on and off the market, I can’t help but wonder at the circumstances. My curiosity is just going crazy. I’m imagining all kinds of scandalous circumstances, or maybe a haunting. Do we know if any brides died there on their wedding night? We could have a spectral bride situation. I’ll get the incense and the Ouija board; it’s gonna be a long night 😛

Lol! Yes, it may be Alex. Haha. And I totally hear you on wondering the circumstances as to why it’s popped on and off the market. The good news is, the two times it has gone under contract it has only fallen out because of the buyer’s financing/lender. It is usually on the market so little time before it goes under contract that we haven’t had backup buyers put in for it, so when it has fallen out it is completely open and we try to list it as soon as possible because we know how many people want fourplexes. But with any property, I recommend doing full due diligence regardless of whether it fell out due to the buyer or not! But this property is in great shape, no worries there. Blame the lenders 😉
